连续视频脑电监测对急性脑梗死并发癫痫样放电

【摘要】 目的:研究连续视频脑电监测对急性脑梗死并发癫痫样放电和临床发作的诊断价值。

方法:选取2015年3月-2017年3月在本院接受治疗的急性脑梗死并发癫痫样放电患者80例,并对其进行连续性视频脑电图监测分析,记录脑梗死部位脑电图情况,并对患者进行一年期随访调查。

结果:经临床对比分析后,急性脑梗死患者的临床诊断结果显示,患者的脑电图监测异常率,在患者癫痫发作的应用分析上发现,连续视频脑电监测,对患者急性脑梗死疾病的诊断,有较好的监控效果,可以保证患者治疗的有效性;基底节区部位和多发梗死及腔隙梗死患者的ECG表现异常率和检出率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);脑叶梗死部位患者的ECG表现异常率和检出率均明显高于其他部位,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);梗死部位受累程度越严重,癫痫发生率越高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取连续视频脑电监测,可以在早期有效诊断出癫痫疾病发生,并及时进行临床诊断治疗,保证患者治疗过程中的临床安全性,并通过异常诊断监测,确保患者在临床治疗中的安全性。因此在临床观察急性脑梗死的过程中,可以使用连续视频脑电监测方式来进行跟踪观察。

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the diagnostic value of continuous video brain electrical monitoring for epileptic discharge and clinical seizures of acute cerebral infarction.Method:From March 2015 to March 2017 admitted to hospital 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction complicated with epilepsy discharge,and carried the continuous video brain electrical monitoring,electroencephalogram status of cerebral infarction was recorded,the patients were followed up for one year.Result:After clinical comparative analysis,the results of clinical diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction showed that the abnormal rate of EEG monitoring of patients with epileptic seizures in the application of analysis found that continuous video EEG monitoring in the diagnosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction disease had better monitoring effect,it could ensure the treatment effectiveness of patients.The abnormal rate and detection rate of ECG,multiple infarction and lacunar infarction of patients with basal ganglia infarction had no statistical significances(P>0.05).The abnormal rate and detection rate of ECG of patients with cerebral lobe infarction were significantly higher than other parts,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The more severely the infarction site was involved,the more severe the degree of ECG was,the higher the incidence of epilepsy was,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous video brain electrical monitoring, can be effective in the early diagnosis of patients with epilepsy disease,clinical diagnosis and timely treatment,guarantee the patients clinical safety of the treatment process,and through the abnormal diagnostic testing,ensure the safety in on-the-spot treatment.Therefor,in the clinical observation of acute cerebral infarction,continuous video brain electrical monitoring can be used to observe.
